ThyssenKrupp Materials NA appoints Annette Skiba as Senior Vice President

ThyssenKrupp Materials NA, Inc. announces the promotion of Ms. Annette Skiba to Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Account Officer. In this capacity, Skiba will have overall responsibility for the company's accounting, tax, and financial reporting functions. She will also oversee the internal and external audit processes, with the focus on strict compliance with international financial reporting requirements and accounting standards. Skiba joined ThyssenKrupp Materials NA, Inc. (then Thyssen Inc., NA) from Ernst & Young in 1994 and, most recently, served as Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Accounting officer.

Commenting on the appointment, Mr. Norbert Goertz, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, stated, "Annette Skiba has been instrumental in guiding ThyssenKrupp Materials NA through a successful implementation and consolidation of the accounting and financial reporting functions of multiple acquisitions and growth developments in recent years.
